    Radoslaw Chrupek - Branch Operations Manager

    Radoslaw comes to Cardinal with over 10 years of industry experience.  He started with Cardinal over 1 year ago as an Area Manager.  Through his consistent dedication, professional mannerisms, and excellent communication he was quickly promoted to our Branch Operations Manager in our Northbrook, IL location.  Radoslaw holds an Advanced Management Certificate and has completed numerous building and management related courses.  In the near future Radaslow will be certified as an RBSM through the BSCAI and LEED-Green Associate.  Contact Radoslaw at radek@cardbldgmnt.com

    Andy Jatczyszyn – Vice President of Purchasing & Support Services

    Andy is responsible for the order and delivery of all supplies and equipment.  He researches each specific purchase in detail in order to produce the best results for Cardinal as well as our customers.  Andy also coordinates equipment and supplies delivery for new locations and is essential to any transition process. You will also find Andy managing large specialty projects like stripping/waxing and carpet cleaning needs, which he is certified from the IICRC. Andy is also certified by Diversy, Inc. as an HHPC Day Cleaning expert.

    Ann Donnelly - Vice President of Sales

    Ann brings with her over 20  years of janitorial service experience. Her background began by selling and operating commercial office buildings in the Chicagoland area.  She expanded her career by focusing on complex sales to Fortune 500 companies totaling $7.2 million in increased growth.   Ann has been successful in the educational, pharmaceutical, and food & beverage industry with multiple decision makers.  Her knowledge of a full service organization that is customer centric has been an asset to Cardinal.     With experience as a janitorial service professional for over a decade, Randy is another key liaison for Cardinal's consistent quality care.  Randy will work with you on all of your cleaning needs. He provides quality inspections, new employee training, issue resolution, and will assist with all specialty projects within your facility.
